Returns Policy
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY
Items must be returned within 14 days of the date received by customer.any items worn or washed will not be refunded or exchanged.
NO RECEIPT NO RETURN
If the parcel is returned outside of the returns cut off period we will unfortunately be unable to process a refund.In this case if you would like your item back you will be responsible for the cost of returning parcel.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN
Re-Pack items with original labels and tags
refunds or exchange will not be given if unfit for re sale due to:
make up marks
perfume/smoke smell
tan marks
alterations
strong odours
Unfortunatley we dont do exchanges from web site we will refund or give you a credit note
Please note customers are Liable to pay any return postage costs
Ear rings are Non returnable due to Hygiene reasons.
SALE items are non returnable;
RECEIVING INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEMS

We will try to rectify ASAP
Any faulted returned items will be replaced when in stock.
If it is deemed that the fault was at our end, the maximum cost of return postage that we will refund is £4.99

Click & Collect Orders must be collected within 14 Days.
Collect from Silks-worth store SR31PD
Any Orders not collected within this timeframe may be cancelled and a refund issued unless prior notification has been agreed.
If orders are cancelled, a Re-Stock Charge may be taken from the refund given. This is due to the incurred costs of to ourselves to pick and pack the items then the added resource and costs to action the cancellation and restock of the goods.
